  • Customer is responsible for any collection and/or legal costs related to non payment.
  • Payment is expected when service is completed.
  • Late fees will be added after 14 days, interest after 30 days.
  • All discounts are void if payment is not made within 14 days of invoice.
  • NCS does not make appointments and works from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week.
  • Day of service driveway must be completely cleared off by 7am i.e. (cars, trash cans, basketball hoop, toys).
  • There will be a $10.00 charge if driveway is not fully clear upon arrival.
  • Should Customer choose to cancel service for entire 2011 season we must be notified by phone at least 12 hours prior to scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of $35-50.
